Thanks to the diligence of a couple of our customers, we have discovered a "technical difficulty" in our customer care email routing. While we believe we have fixed the issue, we may have lost some emails in the process. If you have sent an email to customer care and have not received a response (don't worry Sprytel... we got yours), please resend and we will answer as soon as possible (usually within 48-72 hours).
As a process, we ask that you email customer care issues to us at [email protected]. You can also PM Cast-a-Way Toys here at the museum. We ask that you do NOT email or PM our personal accounts. Between the 3 of us we have 4 accounts at the museum (including the Official Cast-a-Way Toys account) and roughly 10 email addresses. There are simply too many places for your request to "fall thru the cracks". In order for us to answer your questions as quickly as possible, we ask you contact us thru "official" channels.
