Hello my fellow mego friends, I need some help here, this past Saturday I bought a lot of mego odds and ends at an antique co op. Amongst the action jackson guns and broken batman, was a bruce wayne doll! First the bad news, the head has a date stamp from 1972, that damn removable cowl strikes again! The good news is I do have a vintage sports coat w mego tag inside, white shirt and blue tie and pants. All snaps are intact, no visable rips or tears, the coat and pants look as though they may have a faint yellowish discoloration. I also have 1 of bruces vintage black shoes, the right one. After searching ebay I can't find an idea of what this might be worth, please help! I have a bruce repro so I'm looking to sell and hoping for some extra holiday cash. Thanks in advance for any help!

I would think - if it was just the outfit - and it is in some sort of collector condition - $400 to $500 ish
When you post the pics - maybe the head is an AE - if the date stamp is faint.Comment

The date stamp is very lite on the back of the neck, I needed a magnifying glass and just the right light to even see what it said. Im sure this pic doesn't help at all, but it's the best I can do for now.

Hmmm - it is difficult to tell but the markings on the back of the head are not a good sign - maybe someone else on here can take a look - the one that I have has no markings. The color is key as well - a bit difficult from the pics too.Comment
