To all the experts out there... Didn't a European company release a somewhat mego-like figure of Tin Tin? I vaguely remember seeing one in a Toy Shop listing many years ago... just wondering.

"Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn"
In the Southeast Pacific, lies the sunken city of R'Leyh. There lies C'thulhu waits to return to our world with the other Great Old Ones. A hideous creature of enormous size and alien power, it waits for it's time to return patiently. For it has all the time in the world while it waits for the stars.

With regards to the toy line, in 1986 CGI from China made a fully articulated Tintin Doll which was copyrighted to Lombard and was sold in Europe under the Lombard brand name. The original doll came clothed in Tintin's standard blue jumper, white shirt along with blue trousers and black shoes. However, also produced were sets of clothes that could be bought separately so you could change the clothes to reflect the adventure you wanted the Tintin figure to participate in. Although extremely rare and difficult to categorically confirm, there appear to have been 10 available sets of clothes. These were: Tintin in the Congo, Tintin in America, Cigars of the Pharaoh, The Blue Lotus, King Ottokar's Sceptre, The Black Island, Explorers on the Moon, Prisoners of the Sun, Land of Black Gold, and Tintin in Tibet.

There was also the set of five figures from Seri:

These 8inch figures were made in 1985 and are exact replicas made after the famous TinTin Comic Book Characters. These figures were made in one small run and were officially licensed by Hergé Foundation from France. Produced by Seri from France. Made in China.Last edited by Jetjungle75; Mar 1, '21, 5:07 PM.Comment

Apologies for the "outfit" links.
KOMonger, if you have pictures of all 10 outfits, why not post them all. Would be great to see.
The two I tried to post were Tintin-cgi lombard-outfit "le sceptre d' ottokar" (new IN BLISTER), and Tintin-cgi lombard-outfit "cigars of pharaoh" (new IN BLISTER), both priced at £154 each ($214).
I have recently just managed to get an all original Tintin Lombard figure. I already have the SERI set, as pictured in an earlier post. A really nice set to have. Shame they did not go onto make other figures.Comment
