There is a Scooby Doo license, don't know who has it. Not so many figures done but they do have some playsets out and they are compatible with this scale.

It used to be character options the same ones that did the doctor who figures the Scooby stuf had a few 8" figures and a load of 5" stuff came out including a mystery machine and a haunted house playset not sure about the new stuff I think it's about the same as the star wars and marvel kiddy figures still nice though and a did see a box set recently of the gang from the mystery inc series in 5" scale.

I pencilled in Scooby-Doo for the Kubby Award wish list series. It's long over-due in Mego form. FTC's relationship with DC/WB should help this happen. C'mon people!
