Question What Movies were filmed in your hometown?

We know movies which were filmed in LA, NY, Chicago, and other major metro areas. What films have been made in the areas of members who do not live in the major movie picture norm setting?

The three that come to mind for me here in Baton Rouge are:

    The Toy
    Everybody's All-American
The Deadly Tower (Kurt Russell, about the U of Texas shootings)

I believe part of Easy Rider was filmed in this area, but I think it was about an hour north.

There are some others, but the setting was Baton Rouge, Kingfish, Dead Man Walking, Blaze...

In my original home town only one that I know of. Stanley and Iris. I know this because I protested Jane Fonda coming to our town. I was home on leave from the Air Force at the time. Besides that I really don't think my town is known for much.

Friday the 13th PART-1 was filmed in 3 towns next to mine-- within around a 5 mile radius..
I was in High School at the time and it was a big thing

Hope NJ -- 2 miles away
Blairstown NJ -- 4-ish miles away
Camp Crystal Lake (actually a boyscout camp)--- 8 miles away

Parts of the new "Hulk" movie were filmed in my hometown of Trenton, Ontario, Canada at the air forse base. I think that's kinda cool.

    This movie:

    Fear No Evil (1981)

was filmed out and around where I lived shortly after I moved there. The movie director was a Webster, NY resident (where I live)

Scenes were filmed at Spry High School where I went for one year in the early 80's

Other scenes were filmed at Charlotte Beach, where I sometimes go to.

Houston (where I was born): Urban Cowboy, Rushmore

Austin (where I've lived most of my life): DOA, Miss Congeniality, Spy Kids 1-3, Sin City, What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Michael, Notorious (the movie about Truman Capote that wasn't the one with Philip Hoffman but was actually much better), and dozens of others I'm totally blanking on right now....
