I love that back in the day, a playset could be almost as big as a child, and it was OK w/ some parents that it took up a whole corner of your room. I wasn't so lucky, but for those of you who owned this, happy memories!

I remember seeing the ads, but that was about it. That was a very cool idea but way too big to sell as a gift idea for my folks.

Never had this, but... My Dad was pretty handy and creative, so we had our own versions made out of plywood and carpet and wallpaper samples. Always a garage for the Batmobile.

Do you have any pictures? I'd love to see that!

I had no idea this existed until years and years later. I would have killed for it.

Odd that Robin is missing his gloves.

Sadly, no. I was the last of 4 kids so the photo-taking diminished by the time I came around

^That Buck Rogers spaceport is the stuff dreams are made of. Was that ever produced?

I'm sitting across from a boxed space port, it's very thin styrene.

I don't think it is a regular Robin figure. I can't tell, but it looks like a nine inch Robin or something. His mask is not the regular paint job and he looks way larger.

It's just perspective, that's a standard regular 8 inch robin.

Did the CHIPS figures have the stickers when released? I don't remember ever seeing them on any figures.

It isn't a regular Robin. The mask is totally different. Whether it is a different size or not, I'm not sure. But the painted mask has a dip at the top between the eyes, where it should have been straight black. So it isn't a production paint job.
