He is just about finished - Just have to finish his head up.
Since Toyroom already showed his card backer - I figured might as well let you see some hold me over pictures until he is done

The head is something Special/different
I don't want to share that until it is complete

This looks great...What are you doing for boots?

I always got a kick out of the Warrior...He was always entertaining in or out of character...I'm glad he was able to finally get the recognition he deserved while he was still alive.

I like it so far. Wish someone would make a more muscular body that would be more appropriate for The Warrior.

I got a cheap Buck rogers MIB -
the body and legs are not bad for him. Wish the arms were a little bigger though

I'm still playing with the boots - I can go one of 2 ways
I was going to use old castaway boots, and put the tassells or what ever those things are called that he would wear over them

I just got some parts in yesterday that Might work as well - did not try them out yet - i'll keep you posted once I do

Yeah - with the baby and the kids and work - I have really had no down time.
Plus I had to get some help with the head. When you see it I will spill the beans

Also I'm painting this one myself
and everyone knows Vinny does not like to paint! lol

I have tried a few practice runs
I think I will try 2 more and than paint the real head. I think everyone will like the concept

I had the last trial run looking real good but i had to minor mistakes that really ****ed me off.
Any luck by mid to late next week I should have it done (fingers crossed!)

So - just a quick update

Finally had time yesterday to give warrior head a paint job.
This time it came out really good - but I did not get it 100% right.

I'll share the way it came out once he is finished as I have been taking pictures everytime I paint it.
So close yet so far!!

Now I have to wash it clean..... Again...
give it what I hope is the final try in the next few days.
