Up Close: Lucifer from Battlestar Galactica

We had a bit of fun with the latest figure from Bif Bang Pow’s Battlestar Galactica line. If there is one thing Lucifer proves, it’s that we need more 8″ robots. Check out the photos and see for yourself. Lucifer is available now at places like Entertainment Earth http://www.entertainmentearth.com/pr...d=ME-002202116

Not crazy about Athena, but Lucifer is a really cool figure.
Looks just about perfect to me!

He looks great. Id prefer more robots etc than civilians as well, Im sure they would sell better. I have a feeling Athena is going to be a peg warmer.

Lucifer looks better than expected! I'll be sure to pick this one up. They did a nice job with the Cylons. Too bad the humans (esp. their heads) were so poorly designed. I'd hoped for Baltar but...
Looking for redhead AJ heads (or figures) - both bearded & clean shaven (I'm trying to complete all the variations).
Also seeking: 1 blue Soldier Ape glove, 1 General Ape boot, sun reflector from PotA Fortress playset.

Great pics Brian. I really like this figure. A great edition to the BSG family. I'm happy to say I collected them all. It was a fun series. Sorry to see it end.

I wanted to use a Mattel Imperious leader in a perspective shot but unfortunately I don't own a loose one! The most common figure from the line and I don't have one.

^^^ The perspective shot turned out quite nice though. I really liked that one in particular.

Nice snaps of a lovely toy!

Hunting for one, presently, and the only swings I've seen so far are on the 'Bay and at super silly prices. Were he and Athena produced in significantly lower quantities, as the rest of the series appears to still be available in abundance and the ask is generally more than fair. Any insights would be appreciated.

Yeah, those last two figures were done in smaller numbers for certain. I think i gave away my Athena in a contest, she's impossible to find cheap now....

I forgot that the Cylon ship was my coffee table.

Well that's bummer news about a couple of $19 dollies that haven't even had their 3rd birthday yet! Thanks for the swift and informative reply, though.

I'm wondering why they went with Athena. Looks like she's wearing her flight outfit which she wore for one episode. Most of the time she wore the blue outfit like her dad.
