I honestly think Snake will be the only 1/6 figure released for Escape from NY.
Maybe somewhere down the line, they'll do the LA version, which would be an easy fix.
I love this movie, but I don't see me paying $150 for Cabbie or Brain.

I don't know why but I kind of want an 8" MacReady too.

^^^ Let's not stop there. How about a Jack Burton from Big Trouble? I would love to see that as well.

I wonder if they have the rights to Russell's likeness, or the rights to just Escape/Snake?
Certainly wouldn't mind more Russell characters.

For some unknown reason, Jack Burton has become a cult classic hero here in Seattle among the "Geek" community. Not sure why but not complaining. Love the movie and the new comics. Even my 14 year daughter has gotten into it as well. Seems to be hip in her school.
I too want a Jack Burton with that famous t-shirt.

Isn't it amazing how a movie I saw in college back in the mid 80's that actually bombed has become this cult classic? Glad the rest of the world caught up with those of us who always loved it.

I've been gradually assembling a McCready bash for some time. For the head I'm using a Rainfall Samson.

Wouldn't mind a McCready (with flamethrower), though I do feel the figure wouldn't really work without The Thing itself. How about including the Spider Head?

Wait a minute! McFarlane released a nice set of three versions of The Thing, these would work really well with a figure in this scale!

I haven't seen this movie probably since about the time it came out on video... Still, this is a cool looking figure: I can see why you guys are happy about it...
