Very cool looking prototype. I'll definitely be watching this with great interest.

This is my favorite part of the Gorilla Soldier announcement:

"The Gorilla Soldier features a new Type 2 body with added articulation, including bicep swivel and improved thigh movement..."

I've bought the Freddy, Jason and Trooper Eddie figures so far, and while I love them (especially Freddy), my only complaints have to do with the bodies. They're great in some areas and wonky in others, especially the hip joints. It sounds like they are revising the bodies to address the wonkiness. If they succeed in improving the bodies, NECA could possibly become my new favorite reMego company.

Yeah, can't wait to get this one!
I love the work they put into the jacket, and it's a good head sculpt.

The latest pic looks excellent. Still don't get why they would go with no bandolier but that's a minor problem with an easy fix.

Are the boots part of the legs like they are with the Taylor figure?

Thanks. That's what I was afraid of.
