Robin emblem question

I own a nice high grade t1 Robin which is as it left the factory 40yrs ago with his elastic belt and the correct 1st version gloves. Only thing is he's missing his sticker. Online literature says all paper stickers are the same. Is that really correct? I've been really scrutinizing this and believe I can see two different types of paper stickers - though the outside dimension may be the same - the printed R on earlier versions seems a bit chunkier and the R on later carded versions seems a bit slimmer. Am I imagining this? I recently managed to score a played with t2 with a minty "slimmer R" sticker but would like some confirmation from some more seasoned collectors before I attach it to my t1. Thanks.

Unless the carded version you are looking at is the cloth emblem version

Imo i seen the R on the sticker thicker and some slimmer i dont really think it matters to much as long as its originaland not a repro

No, I know about the later cloth emblems and refuse to accept anything repro. It took me many years to get hold of a beat doll with a crisp paper sticker for a good price - it just ended up being on a t2 figure. I'm assuming my Robin is from the first batch of painted masks they produced and really want the doll to be accurate. Thanks for the replies.

Well the first batch of painted faces came on a T1 and the emblems are much different from each other, other then the cloth emblem but that came on the later T2 figures

so there are differences between the paper stickers on t1s and t2s?

Not that i know of no i just know there stickers with a thicker R and ones with a thinner R and the cloth one but you can always check the museum for the sticker under robin accessories

I would think you are ok attaching it to a T1
