T1 and T2 Hulk?

I just got a Hulk that was kind of loose. I notice he is being held together with old elastic cord. I figured the bands broke and some one put him back together with the cord. Wrong, the arms are different the hook clips can't attach to the arm the loops in the arm are to thick.

The rest of the figure is the same. The photo shows one of each arm.

yep, thats the T1 Hulk with the thick hookup.
