My RSS feed is apparently mad at me, and this one never migrated from the blog.

Anthony at FTC was kind enough to send along a production sample of every Mego collector’s favorite imp, Mr. Mxyzptlk.

Pictured with both early Mego T1 versions as well as his pal Superman, it seems the new, smaller Mxy will fit right in. Note the removable boots which are an update from earlier prototypes that have been shown.

I really love the idea of reproducing original mego's with added improvements. I'd love to see Aquaman lose the Spock ears and Shazam get a white cape.

I like him. Now if LaserMego could work out a stand to where he can "float" around.

Looks great. Only change I would have made would have been to make him even smaller. Say, use an Our Gang Spanky body. But, I'll buy him like this anyway.

I wasn't going to get him because I have a similar custom, but I like the boots a lot.
