Just recieved an email concerning the issue. I had paid with paypal and went in and checked my order on the toycade site and apparently it needed me to push the button on the online invoice for it to charge me. If you've paid with paypal you might want to log in to your toycade account and check your order.

Just a quick note before I get back to packing orders. We DID receive the items late Monday night. We ran into the issue with the folks who handle our credit card transactions as stated above. We packed and shipped all of the orders placed by customers who paid with Paypal as we awaited a solution from the credit card company. When no solution was readily available after 48 hours, not wanting to make our customers wait any longer, I pulled the trigger on the cancellation. We simply don't do a lot of pre-orders ironically, because we don't want to run into supply problems when product is unexpectedly allocated. As a result, we ran into this problem that we had previously never encountered. I hope the blanket 5% discount helped remove a bit of the sting. I just pulled mine out of the shipping box. He looks great in person! I am really glad that I decided to pick him up. If I had any complaint, it's that I put a mark on the back of the bubble from the utility knife I used to open the box up. There was nothing between the box and the figure, but plenty of foam peanuts in the bottom. So, be careful when opening the box.

Otherwise, it's a great looking figure.

I love this figure!!! The only complaint is I wish that would put stills of him in the outfit on the card
