DST Retro Spider-Man Set Now Shipping in December

I pre-ordered mine through Amok Time Toys, and paid via PayPal so I was charged right away. When the items didn't show up in September I was never notified of the delay. I tried emailing them but it always bounced back. I didn't discover the delay until I checked in here about a month later. Hopefully this ships soon!

Looking forward to seeing pictures when these start arriving. I'm still on the fence about Spidey, but plan to pick up Cap, Thor and (a hopefully improved) Wolverine.

According to DST's own Amazon listing, it shows Dec. 31st as the ship date. There have been shipping delays in China this year,
in addition to a labor dispute at the Los Angeles shipyards, delaying a lot of holiday product.

DST does not have an Amazon account. If you see something "by Diamond Select" on Amazon, that just means we are the manufacturer. Amazon themselves stock our items, along with a dozen or more independent sellers. (That listing says "Ships from and sold by America Collectibles.") We sell our items in our webstore for the SRP, no more, no less.

I have not seen a definite confirmation on December 31, but that is the earliest Spidey could arrive in stores, as far as I know.

Spoke to a rep at Amok Time and he said they were expecting Spidey sometime after New Year's. Also saw on Amazon that the Cap figure should be out in February.

How many NEW Marvel 8" figure sets will be shown at 2015 NY Toy Fair next month? Any surprises? At least 1 FEMALE set?

No idea what will be at Toy Fair, but I assume at least a complete Thor. We have not solicited him yet, so once he is in Previews, you can generally add six months.
