DST Retro Spider-Man Set Now Shipping in December

DST/Art Asylum just updated their shipping dates and this set is now slated to ship in December.

I thought Spidey set would be as early as September and Captain America by December! Maybe BOTH in December?

Captain America was just solicited in the September Previews. I would say definitely next year on him.

That's ok, I could use the extra time. I've got some Hot Toys figures due in October and it's gonna be pretty expensive.

I don't mind a delay if its to make things right... On the same token, I just can't avoid getting concerned about these not being made at all...

I'm sure they have to live by the same rule that says they need enough pre-orders to justify making them.

This site says the scheduled release date is 6/24/2015.

It's likely a mistype...The set is scheduled for next month and Cap is scheduled for January

I don't think any site is in agreement. EE and DST has the Cap set coming out in March 2015 and the Spiderman set coming out this month. Amok Time still has the Spider-man set listed as coming out in September...of this year... and no release date for Cap. I guess the easiest way to find out is for Doc or the DST Hulkster to answer the question.

Art Asylum (owned by DST) list in their "Ship Dates Update" that the Spider-Man Set will ship in Fall 2014.

The Cap Set is due to ship in Winter 2014.

They usually list better dates than just a season.

All dates are estimates, and things get pushed back all the time for a variety of reasons, so I decided to just widen the estimate range until I had specifics. Nothing ships this week,but I have not heard about next week. Spidey will ship, though.
