Do teen girl heads fit on other bodies?

Basically I actually really like the scan of the FTC teen girl rooted heads but I was wondering if they fit on the standard female bodies? They look in scale since the normal female heads are always too big but I was wondering if anyone has ever done this and it worked?

Especially cause this head would make a great Scully from X-files...

The body they use for those uses a big ball noob, so would not think so, unless you rig it.

You could probably find a wooden or plastic ball just about the same size and find a way to attach it to the 8" female neck plug. Could you drill a hole the size of the neck plug in the ball and slip the plug in?

^^ I bet that would work, there are various size wooden balls at Joann's in the dowel rod section.
