James Bond figures please

I'd love for someone to make some James Bond action figures. Sideshow did a great job years ago.

Anyone know if anything new is in the works?

If nothing else, I'd like to see Sideshow release a Legacy Collection Daniel Craig/Bond figure. I don't think it'll happen, though, and even if it did, Sideshow charges near-Hot Toys prices for much lower quality these days. I don't think I'd be interested if it was much north of $100...

Google "1/6 Daniel Craig figure" and prepare to be surprised. There are a lot of figures coming out of Hong Kong that blow away Sideshow's Bond stuff and are much cheaper than what they've been asking, as well. Or you could buy a knockoff head sculpt and bash your own for less than $100. Cotswold has some decent 1/6 bodies coming in soon for $17.99 each that'll work with most heads.

Their picks seem odd to me. Tonto with no Lone Ranger, Iron Man Mark XLI but no Rorschach, Prince of Persia but no Conan. It's like they really want some of that sweet western moolah, but they can't get a firm grip on what we like.

Loading Toys did a good head sculpt for Daniel Craig, so that's how I made mine.
I have most of the Sideshow Bonds. Too bad they never made some great characters like Blofeld or Goldfinger.

I hope Hot Toys doesn't get Bond, because you just know they'll charge $200 for a guy in a tuxedo.

Sideshow did make a figure of Telly Savalas as Ernst Stavro Blofeld from "On Her Majesty's Secret Service".

True, I have that one, I should have specified Donald Pleasance as Blofeld. That's the one I meant.

I've yet so see a Custom(or bootleg)Daniel Craig as Bond figure that I've liked yet. So far, the best sculpt of Craig I've seen is the 1/6 Jake Lonergan. That is the figure I plan to make my custom Bond from!

The Sideshow of Craig is very good.

The custom Craig figures might not be perfect but they are pretty great for custom work. How do people make them? Computers?
