Help Identifying Mystery 8" scale sandal

I am trying to figure out which 70's toyline (or Outfit) this non mego sandal came from.
It fits nice and snug with a male mego foot, but I am thinking it is for a female doll with Flat feet.
It doesn't seem like Steve Scout. Any ideas?

I can be wrong, but I think I've seen such sandals on vintage Biblical mego-like figures.

Rainfall toys had painted on sandals


WeeWin were tiny 6 inch scale. Slightly smaller than 8" foot. Rubbery with a thick sole & wrap around ankle belt.

Unfortunately these shoes are larger. Full 8" mego scale. Made of a thin plastic like a Barbie shoe
for a Flat footed figure
