Anybody fluent in Japanese?

Hi good people. I decided to give this a try.
I need to read the date of a Japanese 70's guitar catalog, and I can't find a way to do it myself.
This catalog is the only clue I have to date my guitar. All I need to know is what year it was made.

Nope, 89 is the issue number. But the top right corner has the date, which translates to September 30th, 1977.
