Red Torso Spider-Man

I have acquired a version of the Red Torso Spider-Man that has red arms and a red crotch as well as red hands and torso. Can anyone tell me if this is correct? I have come across this variation twice now and both figures have a head with a longer neck post like a type 1 figure. One figure had the more narrow hourglass suit more often seen on a type 1, one had the later widecut version suit.

The red torso Spiderman I have is a sewn sleeve - I guess there are a bunch of variations of this guy.

Red torso Spider-Man is a real thing. But not sure about red crotch, is the one you have a t-2?
