It doesn't look all THAT big to me! What I'm worried about is the overly tight stringing on the figure. I can't get the arms up past the rib cage, so I'm going to order a type S sometime next week. Or maybe a couple of them.

It didn't bother me much to begin with.

The ginormous melon kept me from buying him. :(

Same here. It works for me too.
If a Mego figure of God did not exist, it would be necessary for EMCE to invent him.

Being an Artist myself, I have a "pet peeve" with correct proportion. It's just something I can't abide and will keep me from buying a figure.

I have a pet peeve with figures that don't function properly (for which you need to buy extra new parts), AND oversized heads. They should get it right before they sell it to customers...

Maybe they could ship them with their own bottle of acetone.
                    Fresh, not from concentrate.

Big noggins have kept me from buying much of BBP's output, I'll admit. It's just a personal pet peeve. But I don't fee Alfred is approaching that level of out of scale that those are. It may be a 9" scale head on an 8" body, but it's not 12" on 8".

I'd like to see a photo of a stripped down Alfred next to a stripped down Steve Austin or Galactica figure. I bet the heads are the same size.
Expectation is the death of discovery.

This dead horse has more lives than Ras with a Lazarus Pit.

If you don't have a direct investment, then why do you care?
