    Monster Table for Herman

    Hey folks,

I couldn't sleep last night so I made a monster table. Unfortunately I missed the DST Frankenstein so I had to settle with Herman

Goes well with the Dida Scott sent me recently.

That table is Killer! The picture on the wall behind the Bride looks like a bearded AJ.

That is a very nice accessory, not to mention a perfect display stand.

To be honest I just eyeballed the whole project.

                    1) Sheet of thin plywood with two square bars glued to each end.
                    2) I then took thinner spare plywood and cut the two legs out using a jigsaw and added the cross square bar for support.
                    3) Scored some lines here and there with a hack saw and x-acto knife.
                    4) Drilled some holes and stole some leather shoelaces from my boots.
                    5) Sanded edges and stained with some spare stain left over from my deck.

I intentionally tried to be as rough and uneven as possible to give it a more used and antique look. Mind you, given my wood working skills that worked in my favour

Very nice, really like the use of Leather shoe laces, keeps you from damaging and scraping!!
