this issue never should have happened in the first place, same goes for BBP. It should be caught well before production. really poor QC or idon'tcareitis going on with these companies.

Im glad they pay attention to the customers wants. Showing a little effort is good PR ,especially when youre at the stage of growth FTC is currently at. I can live with Alfred just fine, and if hes the only one to incur the massive noggin, then FTC has eliminated , what some would say, is their biggest production problem.

Are the previews already set in stone? I imagine they probably are. If Castaway/ Zica had to send heads back because they were too small and it caused major delays, then we are definitely getting large heads on everything we have seen so far.

I'm so happy with the direction FTC is now taken with their company. Batman66 is as close to perfect as I can imagine. Retro Heroes are as true to the originals as I can expect. Once the problem in the 'Retro Heroes new characters' head sizes is corrected, FTC is going be 'Three for Three' with me.

Well, he is SUPPOSED to have a humongous melon, so that's okay.

                The others? Not so much.

If Bizarro's head isn't fixed before he gets sent out then I'm skipping him.

There's a difference between "big" and "out of scale."

When it's released "out of scale", then there will absolutely be complaints.

It was a joke. Probably rooted in some truth, but still a joke.

Very glad to hear this. Thank you FTC. Out-of-scale heads is EXACTLY why I DIDN'T buy the BSG figures as well as others in various lines. It just ruins the figure for me when the head is not to scale. Bizarro I'm ok with cuz, well, he's Bizarro and it doesn't really look all that bad to me considering the figure. Alfred DOES look bad but I got him anyway cuz, well, he's Alfred for cryin' out loud! It all boils down to quality control and taking pride in what you are putting out on the market and if FTC is finally hearing us, their customers, then again, I say THANK YOU!

I hope they fix the problem before it gets out of hand, its what killed the 6MDM and Galactica lines
