The tv Robin i got today was missing his right hand.
My Robin from the Batman and Robin two-pack was missing his glove. I messaged FTC and they sent me out a new glove and zip tie for the package the same day.

That is some really cool customer service.
I also hope they alert quality control and send them some strong coffee to keep alert...

Is there a way to undo the plastic ties that hold the cards together without cutting or breaking them?
The plastic tray inside is removable. It's not glued to the backer card as previous entires. Just open the clamshell and remove the plastic tray, flip it around and untwist from the back. Your figure is free!
Thanks for the reply, but I was referring to the Plastic zip tie (not sure what it's called) that holds the clamshell together. Sorry, should have been more clear.
