Who says they are just Fish Tank Decorations???

I was at Pet Co the other day and took notice of how the fish tank "ornaments" have drastically changed. I remember the simple ships and Pirate chests that worked with the tube going to the filter. However I really took notice of the rather amazing scenery that they do make now. In fact if I were doing a miniature diorama some of these would look great (like the slightly ruined giant Roman pillars they had)

So I bought three of them because I thought they would actually work really nice as lawn ornaments instead

hence we now have these below-- enjoy

Those are absolutely amazing and terrific use of them. That downed Huey is a bit depressing, but what a neat presentation. Go back and get some more and then update this thread.

I would possibly add more to the lawn, but really I already have normal lawn ornaments/things and I need to have a balance so it does not screw up the style or look terrible if I add more

For the pictures above, each of them is sort of in an out of the way place. The house for example is hidden behind that plant (which looks more like a small tree) unless you look out of my window or go up to my front door. The Terrocaota statues kind of blend in with that cut down plant and the helicopter is sort of off to the side of my house.

Great for visitors or my niece. Since unless you look for them you might just pass them by and that was my whole idea with these.-- A neat twist in addition to the usual lawn decorations most of all of us have
