    Question about Knight armor...

I know the Mego Knight chest armor is glued together (and I'm assuming the CTTV versions are, as well). Can you slip the armor over and onto a type 2 torso if the arms are off at the time? I'm just wondering if the waist of the armor will clear the armless sides at the shoulders going on.

    Thanks for any help.

Not sure. It may be possible. But it is very easy to split the armor along the seams and then reglue once in place. You likely only need to do the sides, and can leave the shoulders.

I just ordered a Galahad repro from CTVT. It takes a little care, but it actually snaps apart and resnaps. The shoulder pieces are small peg-in-hole mounted and can be removed and reattached. Just take your time.

Thanks, both of you. The CTVT versions are what I was thinking about, basically taking the parts off them and putting them on good bodies, so that's what I needed to know.
