Even though I'm not a huge DVD fan, I'm even looking forward to seeing this show w/ no editing for commercials, and whatever extra content they have."Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true." -
Anywhere taking pre-orders yet? I looked last week and couldn't find anything.
My 3 year old is addicted. He's watched the Contaminated Cowl episodes every day since I recorded them two weeks ago.

It honestly gave me a lump in my throat earlier when I watched this teaser, seeing the show that I've loved since the late '80s syndication revival look better than ever.
I'll be getting the Blu set the first day. And, unlike most, I'll be starting with season 3. I like the series in the reverse order of what most fans seem to.

I can't wait to see the HD transfers after the soft and faded transfers given to METV. I am willing to bet that this is the first time in decades that Batman 66 had an up to date transfer done.Comment

I'll be interested to see what special features they include - ie; behind the scenes stuff, original photographs, 2014 interviews with the surviving cast.
Hell, I'd pay just to do an afternoon convention with Adam West to hear his stories and see what stuff (if any) he had left.
Adam is the only celeb who I own his autograph - one of those deals a few years ago via his website where ya send $25 and get a personalized 8x10 glossy ;-)Comment

I like troy baker as batman as hes a more friendly sounding batman but we all know who the true voice of the bat is Adam West..Comment

Warner Bros. has announced that a Batman: The Complete Television Series panel will be held at the New York Comic Con.

I'll probably wind up getting the standard DVD set, since this seems like perfection vacation fodder for my portable DVD player. I also find many times I buy Blu Ray for awesome extras.. and then proceed never to watch said extras.Comment
