    Esquadron Ultra

This piece may be my favourite bit of Ultra-man merchandise ever, this particular rack toy doesn't come from Japan but Peru, where I guess Ultra Seven got played at one point.

What's amazing about this item is a) I'm not even sure it's licensed, b) I'm surprised something this fragile survived and c) it's so darn wonderful and show accurate.

I keep trying to quit collecting these things but they keep getting prettier.....

When I first saw this thing I started laughing (in a good way) and thought "Yep, this is right up Brian's alley". I'm really curious what collectors in Japan would make of this. Would they love it as a wacky obscure foreign variant, or reject it as a cheaply made ripoff (collectors seem a bit more purist over there). I think it's great though.

I'm kinda curious if it's a copy of an existing Japanese toy. It's so well done.

The sculpting is fantastic. That is an incredible toy for just being a rack piece.

It's very possible, I'll see what I can dig up.

That is wonderful. And yeah, it seems like it could've been remade from a previously released toy. But you just gotta love that packaging art.

That is very cool. Looks sort of like shrunken down Popys!
