Dark blue Captains chair?

This seems odd to me, what am I forgetting?

Nope. It's solid dark blue old plastic.

That's weird--is there a base, too?

I thought these only came in heavier turquoise plastic & thinner light blue plastic.

Is it the same blue as the Hall of Justice Map Table?

No base, alas. It's deeper than the HOJ or WF blue. Navy....and it's the older solid back chair

That is really cool - Could it be some knock off?? Is it the same type plastic as the 2 colors we know about??

I have never owned one, but something seems different than the Kirk hair. You said older solid back? We're there two versions of Kirks chair in production?

There's two Mego Captains chair, one with a fixed base and full chair back and then the removable base chair with the thinner back.

Comparing them, the back is different and the chair is a less wide.

Someone suggested it belongs to a catalog exclusive playset, I'm beginning to suspect that as well.
