we had 5, Daimos was late in the game and didnt sell well here. 7 counting Godzilla and Rodan..Goldorak was only released overseas but was Mattel for a total of 8 in the Mattel line.

That first ad is especially great, it shows some of the ultra rare Jumbo villains, including the ultra ultra rare Garada K-7. He's one of the most rare and valuable toys out there. If you could even find one (you can't!) it would cost well into five figures. I've resigned myself to the fact that I'll probably never own any of the villains, even the "common" ones.

That Jumbo Grendizer/Goldorak/Goldrake is a great toy too!

Last week I went all in on one of the Kamen Rider Jumbo's. I learned a valuable lesson on staying out of the deep end of the pool, I'm back splashing around in my Mr Turtle.

I was watching a Kamen Rider X that went for nearly $1500.00 a few days ago (even loose and incomplete ones go for a lot). Is that the one you tried for? Jumbos are at the veerrry deep end of the pool!

Yes, that was it, my favourite Rider as a Shogun and the auction was in Canada? I seriously thought I had a shot, d'oh.
