Godzilla cards? Or any giant monsters or shogun warriors, Kaiju

I never had the time to get into collecting the cards. If these were made can anyone help me out? I have a son who is very ill with a rare autoimmune disease which effects his daily life. Hes 11 and loves anything Godzilla related, giant monsters, Shogun warriors, Kaiju. He even loves the oldschool rubber monster toys, like jigglers.
So my question is were any cards made of anything like i listed? I cant afford to pay much. so if cards like this were made and if they are pricey then i will pass.

I myself cant work. I had brain surgery and i suffer from horrible seizures, so things are tough all over.
