Need Help to Idenfity Mego 8" Girl!

I found this girl recently and I have no idea who she is. My only guess would be Super Girl but that doesn't seem quite right. Any help is welcome! She is about 8 inches tall. Her arms do not bend at the elbows.

OK...so link didn't work. She is blonde, has a flower in her hair (though I don't know if it is original - it is actually stuck in her scalp.). Her hair is long and a very light blonde. I hope that rings a bell for someone? Apologies for not being able to add a picture!

Definitely not Rock Flower. Her head and back are both marked Mego. Her body is Mego style except for the straight arms. I will try photobucket. Thanks!!
