That "Exploration into the Forbidden Zone" pic, takes me back to my childhood. I loved my Mego apes to death.

Agreed, that's a pretty cool picture...

Awesome photos. Especially the Doctor Who ones. The location looks just like the one from the original Planet of the Apes movie.

This one bears its own caption.

Ha ha! That comment didn't survive one of my Edits. I was going to state that now I need to find a human-sized Statue of Liberty, cut it in half, and go to the beach for another shoot. I have been thinking of a way to work in my custom 1/48 scale SofL in forced perspective -- and will probably do just that.

Full disclosure: That is a Dr. Mego "Bearded Wildman Head" on a 1974-dated Type 2 Mego body -- SPECIFICALLY chosen for its flesh-colored pelvis in case I need to recreate the naked Heston swimming pool or courtroom scenes (in which he was NOT wearing blue briefs).

Cool shots... I like the beach setting, it captures a lot of the feel of the film...

                              Awesome photos.

I am in tears over the centerfold!!!

And, the class of 3973 photo with the one guy in the gray suit...utterly hilarious, so many possible captions are running through my head for that one.
