Silkscreen ww bg cw sg ...help !

HI!
I was wondering if somebody knows EXACTLY which accessories should have the Silkscreen versions of Wonder Woman, BatGirl, CatWoman and SuperGirl...
....Helmets? Gloves? Boots? capes?

from what ive been able to tell...this is acceptable
ww-standard red boots
batgirl-standard yellow gloves, no boots, standard cowl, blue/purple cape.
catwoman-standard blue gloves, could have boots with no heel
supergirl- standard red cape

I have never seen silkscreened ladies with boots though!
And I keep on finding them without gloves...that's why I wasn't sure about them.
