Who is hording all the Hugo cards !?!

Hello folks,

Someone out there has GOT to have spares of Hugo and the other Plaid Stallion cards I'm missing. I even went straight to the "horse's mouth" and nada.

Any help finishing this off would be beyond appreciated.
