Since these figures have sort of a Captain Action feel to them, maybe DST would allow a head and costume pack to make a greater range of characters available at maybe $30 or $35.
It would not detract from sales of other Hasbro and DST Marvel figures because the only customers who would buy them would be owners of the limited edition sets.
