1979 Spider-Woman cartoon helped me with my Lynda Carter Wonder Woman withdrawal! SW cartoon started season after WW TV series was cancelled *sniff* 35 years ago! With the scope of this project, I'm wondering if there will be any female characters, even Invisible Girl (woman). From what I've read, there is no gaurante all of the original 12 will be made.
At $80 a pop would Invisible Girl sell? To make the FF, it would be a whole year of releases or possibly more if there are just 3 sets a year. Will any of the FF make the cut? Does it make sense to do any FF character, if you don't do all four?
Would a Black Widow make the cut because of a connection to the films?
Wolverine is popular enough to make the cut, but is Jean Grey or Storm? I guess Wolverine is as much a solo character as an X-Man, but I'd rather see 70s/80s X-Men above and beyond any Marvel re-megoes I can think of, but that's just one buyer.
It seems there are a lot of limitations on what can be done with the sets based on the information about price point and only being able to have one body per set.
Maybe a repro Invisible Girl, with a Spider-Woman suit/head and black widow (or whatever female character) suit and head would work under the parameters of the agreement to give us more choices.Last edited by madmarva; Apr 23, '14, 7:09 AM.Comment

I'm starting to think that unless EMCE gets very creative, it will be difficult for them to accommodate most of our requests. Hopefully we can eventually get sets with different characters in the same box--like an all female superheroes set with three different characters (Invisible Girl repro, Spider-Woman head and costume, Black Widow head and costume?)Comment
