These are the kind of Legos I like!

I know some of you and your kids like Legos. I like them too, but I don't like the new sets that are out, b/c the pieces are very limiting. You can't really build much more than the spaceship or car (or whatever) that's depicted on the box. I like the more open ended Lego sets that let you build whatever you want, like in this old 1973 Lego commercial:

Lego still makes sets of nothing but assorted bricks and parts.

As a child (and adult) I always liked the sets that came with mini figures and built playsets like castles and space stations
