3 3/4 could be done like Polly Pockets with little rubber outfits. But I doubt that's the scale they're doing.

I aksed the Captain Action people if they would re-release the Re-Mego style and they said no. Of course that is last year, so who knows now. Maby they changed there mind now that there are more and more Re-Megos floating around.
Then again the Retro-Pocket Heroes are to thing now so maby we get a wave of Captain Action, Action Boy, Lady Action and Dr. Evil.Visit my wiki site:

I think the company that owns the property was trying to market Captain Action as his own entity without the Marvel or DC characters attached? I know I saw the preview for an animated series and I'm sure they couldn't use Marvel' and DC' characters in that, so I imagine any future costumes or disguises would be in house designs. I would venture a guess it will be the Retro Pocket Hero type. I'll say one thing, I bought a Pirate mask head from the 8 inch store when I bought the 2.0 bodies and that is an amazing 8-inch sculpt.Comment

I would hope for the 8" format as well, I have no interest in 3" figures anymore and no interest in 'Captain Action' himself as a stand alone character. He is just not that interesting by himself, even as a kid when we had the original Captain Action my brothers, cousins and uncles kind of all looked at him and his costume as some odd generic superhero. Basically a manequin for the costumes. My posts were needlessly deleted ...Comment

I've been given the green light to officially spill the beans on the Captain Action project. The format is 3.75" scale done in the classic 80's Hasbro G.I. Joe style. Starting out the line will include Captain Action, Action Boy, Dr. Evil and the Silver Streak! The press release says "Kenner" style which is incorrect. The original plan was to go that route but I started to think the 80's G.I. Joe style would be a better choice. Work is just starting on the project but hopefully I'll have some prototype shots to share fairly soon.

This fellow dd some 3.75 CA customs (scroll to bottom of the page)
Not sure how I feel about no costumes for this scale. Maybe they should be Micronaut style with some intercangable parts?Comment

The 3 3/4" figure will be very cool I'm sure and I hope they do really well. That said I have a huge collection of 6" Marvel Legends and DC Universe Classics figures and would love it if this scale could be considered. I know it's not a classic style which is Zica's niche but still I know a lot of vintage kids that collect this scale. Also vehicles like the Silver Streak in that scale would sell to both collectors and customizers since it's hard to find cool vehicles in this scale. A boy can dream.
