1970's plastic Saturn V rocket help

I had a couple of these when I was younger and they were plastic Saturn V rockets that stood 1 1/2' to 2' tall as I recall and each section would come apart. Each section had plastic tabs that would twist into the other section to keep it together, but those would usually break. It wasn't a model, but a nice fairly thick hollow plastic and was a lot of fun.

I've looked on ebay for a while and never can seem to find these, or who made them.

Who remembers what I'm talking about?

Sounds like MPC or Marx. They made lots of Army Men style space sets in the 60s/70s.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Odds are it's the same one. My mom worked for Woolworths in the 70's and it was the toy world for me then so it probably came from there.

I think this is what most people are talking about here (the one on the right in the photo), though I'm not sure the original poster was referring to thee rockets. These were probably just under a foot tall and always multi colored. I posted a thread long ago asking people if anyone had these to sell. Found them on eBay but never complete:

I remember those, but that's not what I'm looking for. They are taller and more Saturn V looking.

Here's a link to the type I had. Is this the one you had?
The tiny astronauts fit in the little red spring-fired capsule.

                That has to be it.

Looks like it was made by Processed Plastics. All I had said Apollo on it.

Forgive my reviving this old thread, but I was thinking about this toy a few minutes ago and went to look for the thread here on the museum. But, I found this thread, that I didn't see in February.

Here are 3 pages of discussion about it back in 2008.
I hadn't thought of this in years, but I remember that it was in stages and plastic. I believe it said NASA on it and that it was aSaturn type of rocket from the Apollo missions. I remember there being a little capsule. I don't remember for sure if it "blasted-off" of the rest of the rocket. I don't believe it was an

i think they have re-released these again. I am pretty sure I saw it at a Hobbytown USA a couple of months ago.
