Easy fix for the hands not working: swap out the pegs. Swapped out FTC Riddler last night and it looks pretty dang good.

The new FTC & old CAW hands have pegs too small for Type S; I was thinking of using plumber's tape to bulk the pegs.
Vintage, Emce, & old CTVT work OK.
Had not disassembled Mattel--thanks for the info.WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.Comment

I swapped the pegs from FTC and Type S, not Mattel. Don't know if they're swappable.Comment

FTC probably just copied an original mego body rather than redesigning it from the start. When you copy you tend to lose some size on the crossover. It would make your megos and other bodies feel fatin their clothing. It's not a doll it's an action figure.Comment

^ This is def. true--some of the FTC clothing is quite snug when put on vintage or CAW bodies. Something to keep in mind when planning swaps.WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.Comment
