I don't know if this helps any, but mine look just like the photos at the 8 inch superstore - except mine have the gun belt painted white. Also, the face glows in the dark somewhat.

Charge that dude up under a lamp for a good while and it should GLOW! The belt, guns and head should glow faintly, the face a little more, the eyes and bones on the clothes the most!
