Great dogs, had two growing up both lived well into their teens. They are incredibly loyal, fearless and loving dogs. One of mine attacked a German Shepard once for looking at me.

    Yorkie Terrorists...

They are wonderful dogs -- the best of both worlds: little dog with a BIG attitude. You're gonna fall in love, real quick.

I had the honour of having one for a companion, and he went for 16 wonderful years.

Fasten your seatbelts! The ride is about to begin.

Whoa! For a Yorkie that's HUGE! Mine topped the scales at 11 Pounds fighting trim and he was a bruiser (for a Yorkie). I've read that in the days before they went micro-Yorkie that 40 lbs was not unheard of.

Imagine Yorkie attitude with 40 Pounds to back it... Sounds like a Pocket Pitbull to me.

Yeah, he's a whopper, just more of him to love. He's really stocky and strong. In his younger days, he used to hunt and kill rats and was quite the cat fighter, too.

Rudy's on the chair in this pic.

^^^ Man, that is a BIG Yorkie, looks like a cocker spaniel with a Yorkie head. The yorkie I had top the scales at six pounds. That was a fun dog to play with. It was like a miniature rottweiller. This dog would jump straight up and catch a tennis ball three feet over his head, suspended from the ceiling fan. He would hang there, twisting and growling, like he could take on the world, and would not release until I pried his jaws open. I remember throwing that tennis ball across the living room, into the kitchen over 100 times, non-stop, and he never slowed down from a full run there and back.
