Steve, sorry to chime in again, but if you don't want to screen print the suit, you could print it our on iron on paper. I've had some success with this and made some cool spidey suits that way.

Thanks everyone. I found the cotton sheets at Jo Anne and it prints really nice. It's true though, there is absolutely no stretch to it. I'll see if I can sew one up this week. If it turns out okay, I will post a pic.

Can't wait to see your results. Sewing isn't my strong point, but if you're careful and take your time it should come out nicely.

Now a question for everyone who prints suits...
What inkjet printers do you all use?

The sheets are designed to be used with any inkjet printer. Mine is an HP Deskjet 1220c, but it should work with whatever inkjet printer you have.

Gotta bump this because I am looking for a printed suit of Blue Beetle, the new one like on the Batman Brave and the Bold cartoon. My girls love that show and it got them interested in my hobby! I have made them all of the Birds of Prey and am finishing up some Batman's for them. My little one loves the Blue Beetle and there is no way I can think of how to do the costume without printing it! I anyone has a pattern for this, let me know!
