EMCE Enterprise latch repair?

Hi all, I recently purchased an EMCE Enterprise playset and the latch is missing. Its the one that starts at the transporter and keeps everything closed. Does anybody make that piece? I guess I can cut out a piece of plastic and attach it, but I was wondering if anybody's had to replace one of these.
