When I was a kid I had one of these. I never knew the name of the toy until recently. The Astronaut and his rover were very well played with and eventually his arm broke off. Anybody here collect them or have a neat story?

He was a bend 'n' flex. About the same size tall as a Gumby. He had a helmet that could be removed and his head always reminded me of looking like Peter Parker.
Sorry to say, I didn't and don't have this line.I do have some commercials on tape, and these toys really looked fun! Especially that crawler! I also have one of those old Big Little Books, w/ Major Matt Mason in "Moon Mission".
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."
Yeah, even if I "google" it, I don't come up with much to look at.
I had a couple of Matt Masons as a kid. I also remember having the Star Seeker (nose cone looking thing Matt rode in) and the talking space pack. The one item I cherised though was the re-entry glider. It was plastic and actually flew like a paper airplane. I loved throw it over my grandmother's pool so it landed on the water like a real splash down!

Ahhh those were the days. I had a Captain Laser, the only non bendy figure in the Matt Mason line. He was scaled at twice the size of the regular figures. And had all sorts of light up gizmos and the first actual light saber
I also has a Callisto. He had a cool translucent green head with a visible brain...... Oh sure it was just the post that held the head on to the shoulders but if you used your imagination it looked like a brain. The best thing about this guy was this shoulder mounted, air bellows, string flicking weapon. Real 2x4 technology from back in the day.
MMM was very cool. I was quite young when they were around. I can't remember exactly what I had. I had an astronaut and a green alien and some sort of vehicle. I would love to collect them. I've seen some good websites devoted to MMM.
I dig the line. I found all this stuff for a whopping 50 cents last summer:
