can someone tell me the difference between ahi apeman boots and big jim boots? thank you

The action apeman boots are made of thin plastic and have the hong kong stamped on top part on the side of the boots from left to right and and the jims one is rubber and stamped on the bottom hong kong or on the heel side of the boot
