how hard is it to find a dinah-mite with peace belt? i see one black version on ebay moc for $199, are they that rare? or is it because its the black version?

The belt could be a $40 piece. Other than that, it's the price of the particular Dinah added plus MIB premium. $199 too high by a long shot.
