How to repair a broken joint of a MOC MEGO?

Has anybody ever tried to repair a broken joint of a MOC mego?

I know it's a weird question but I have this nice MOC 1975 HULK with a broken joint:
the left arm pin broke so the arm is loose inside the plastic..... sob....

Any suggestion? The plastic is very slightly lifted near the left foot...any idea of an instrument I could use to try to reassemble the arm withut damaging the plastic?

    Hmmmm....

You can get replacement pins pretty easy, but I don't think you can replace them without taking the figure out of the package.

Unless you have telekinesis. Other than that, it'd be real tough to slip something in there that could exert enough force, in the right direction, to snap the pin in.

Yeah, I'm afraid a fix like that would be impossible. Carded Hulks with broken limbs are sadly common.

ok...it took almost 1 hour but I was able to decently fix the arm...

I took a couple of spatulas used in chemical labs.
With the first one I pushed the external part of the pin; with the other spatula (on one of the sides it has a minispoon) I poured less than a drop of cianoacrilate glue on the internal broken side of the pin.
Then, with some luck I put the hole of the arm exactly on the broken pin....
AND VOILA! The Hulk is once again great for display....

Ok It's not perfect because there's a small empty space on the joint now but it looks awesome to me and the arm is completely stable.

What happened to the card?...nothing bad,it's perfect!!! I used the tiny space below the left foot to introduce the spatulas!!!

          Look at the process!!

That was impressive - I have a moc robin with a leg off at the joint - I might have to try this

well done - you can become rich buying these broken jointed hulks - fixing them and reselling

Obi-wan would be proud of you!

Thank you guys.... I risked the operation just because I hated seeing my RARE 1975 carded hulk mutilated!

                    Great job.
I've used a similar technique on my carded Batman. His shoulder was dislocated, with the arm hanging outside the joint. I used a long metal pin with a blunt end, slid it through a small space where the bottom of the bubble meets the card, and gently pushed the arm back into place. It took ages, but it worked without damaging the packaging or his outfit.

                        IT HAPPENED AGAIN!!!!
I purchased another MOC Hulk...in the extremely rare PARKDALE version and unfortunately I received it with a broken joint:
The right arm pin broke so the arm is loose inside the plastic..... sob....

AM I CURSED???? OR are MOC Hulks getting more and more delicate to handle?????

Anyway.... once again....my magic skills allowed me to repair it with the same technique...and excellent results. The card remained pristine and there was absolutely no damage except for few scrates in the inside part of the bubble in the proximity of the right elbow... but my $300 investment was saved!

                        CIAO!

'till 10 years ago only the THING and HULK were found with broken arms or legs...now it seems that "slim" characters are getting very fragile TOO :(

Thanks to my method I have repaired:
                          2x broken-arm Hulks
1x Superman (the sticker had fallen off his chest...)
1x Robin (the gloves had fallen down!)

Unfortunately I have two Torch(es) with a broken leg that seem impossible to fix without breaking the bubble
